Gala Dinner 

There is no greater way than having a open Gala Dinner events  to celebrate, reward or engage with stake holders  & audience with our COCUFE brand.  The evening event will generally feature a three course meal where guests are seated.  During the Dinner stakeholders do their presentations, engage with community leaders, audience and businesses.  We also have Inkciyi Mr & Miss COCUFE, Fashion show and Comedy.

Athletics 

Runners can choose between the 10km and 5km fun run/walk.

Collection of race numbers : Coffee Bay Grounds (COCUFE help desk)
A screening form must be handed in when collecting the race numbers.
 A wrist tag will be handed out and must be worn in order to gain entry to the holding area.

Inkciyo Camp 

Coffee Bay Cultural Festiva lNkciyo programme is an African cultural initiative that aims to use arts and culture as a way of moral regenaration, nation building,social cohehesion, economic development through abstinence and heritage preservation by tackling teenage pregnancy, GBV, substanceabuse,HIV and Aids and other social issues faced by our young girls and boys in our rural communities.
The programme is under Bomvana Community Development NPC and BOSA Communication and Events management which are based at KSD municipality,BOSA Communications saw a need in mentorship and empowerment of the young generation by creating a programme that will best suit their needs and that will create awareness on the issues affecting them. The programme is facilitated by Inkciyo champions appointed by Bomvana Community Development across the O.R Tambo District who have a better understanding of the programme and has willingness to mentor those that will be part of the camp.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Coffee Bay Cultural Festival Inkciyo Camp is heritage  arts,culture, sport and life skills programme that aims to equip,mentor and empoweryoung girls and boys to value themselves and instill the importance of culture in shaping their decisions in life matters. The programme is a continuance initiative that will make sure that it does not only host its events but coach those youth until they are independant.Various activities will take place on the awareness campaigns and the main camp as we wish tosee them empowered not only personally but in all spheres of their lives that will in turn positively impact the community.
Those activities will include:
Workshops:we will be conducting workshops in various wards within KSD and O.R Tambo District Municipality as aform of awareness and heritage  cultural education in making sure that the programme is known and to engage with different stakeholders for this initiative to be a success.
Health and Fitness-There will be a physical training and Healthy eating sessions as being healthy as one of the goals that are to be instilled in them while they are still young.
Introduction of self and cultural mentorship–
Each and every one part of the camp/campaign should be able to know more about heritage,  culture, and the appropriate way in which they can introduce themselves and also address those around them in an appropriate manner.
Craft and talent training Beadsmaking, sewing  drawing and painting as we believe that their talents can shape how they view themselves and may change their lives for the better. Cultural dance, music, drama, poetry,  comedy, story telling, reading,  Indeginous languages & games, heritage knowledge, Pageant, modelling and other related activities.
Lifeskills, business skills and social mentorship.
Virginity testing and certificate issuing.
Selection of those who will be competing on the cultural festival.
